In her letter, Doğan states that most people living in metropolitan cities dream of living in a coast town or village, and they are tired of large cities where they deal with tall buildings, stress and traffic.
Doğan underlines that people who are tired of intensive work load are wishing for more livable, cute and peaceful homes and adds:

Doğan also adds that prefabricated buildings are preferred over alternative production methods as they are more economic, quick, practical, easy to produce and install, and can be disassembled and reinstalled if required, and Özge Yapı is capable of making designs for all climate conditions, and prefabricated houses are maintenance free.
Doğan notes that production and installation process is completed between 1 to 4 weeks depending on the building specifications, and adds “Although costs may vary depending on climate conditions at the installation location, distance, building specifications, we offer houses that fit everyone’s budget and dream for the prices starting from 15 thousand Turkish Liras”.
